Living with Purpose, and Making a Difference at Integrity Inc.
Are you compassionate?
Do you want a career that improves lives?
Do you hope to make a difference in the world?
Do you have at least one year of experience in healthcare, home health, or a hospice/long-term care setting?
If you answered yes to these questions, then you may be the person for our Personal Care position!
Why Integrity, Inc.?
Our staff initially worked with developmentally disabled children and adults and the elderly who may otherwise be institutionalized. Our caregivers provide our people with the ability to stay in the comfort of their homes. In addition to our home care services, we have expanded our services with various licenses and program extensions, including our daycare program and more.
Integrity, Inc. provides Personal Care services based on the assessed physical dependency need for “hands-on” services with activities of daily living (ADL). We provide services to consumers both young and elderly. The ADL’s include eating, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, toileting and ambulating.
Personal Care/AR Choices caregivers must have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick, be able to read, write and carry out directions and have the maturity and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job. Caregivers work in the consumer’s residence, and work schedules may vary. Most personal care shifts are two hours/day; however, some shifts require more hours depending on the authorized Plan of Care.
We are currently licensed by DHS to provide:
- Day Programs: ADDT-Adult Development Day Treatment and EIDT Early Intervention Day Treatment
- Home and Community Based Services: ARChoices Waiver, Personal Care, DDS Waiver Services, and DDS Specialized Foster Care
The work is demanding but rewarding. Our caregivers learn to build a good rapport with the consumer and their families. We are always looking for caregivers who are willing to work and accept assignments for regular hours and or fill-ins.
We are currently looking for compassionate people to join our Personal Care Team.
