We serve adults in Central Arkansas who who have a developmental disability and need support services to live as independently as possible.

Seniors
We serve seniors in Central Arkansas who need support in their home and assistance with daily life activities to help them remain independent.

Kids
We serve kids in Central Arkansas who have been diagnosed with a Developmental Disability or have special needs to help them on the right track.

Caregivers
We serve caregivers in Central Arkansas who need support caring for a loved one or is a staff member who has the heart for working with people in need.

Integrity Inc. is a Little Rock-based community services organization providing a variety of health care, rehabilitative and child care services to the Central Arkansas area.
Integrity, Inc. was licensed in 1989 by the Division of Developmental Disability Services of the Department of Human Services (DHS) as a non-profit organization to provide alternative, community based services for adults and children with developmental disabilities.
Through Integrity, qualified individuals are able to obtain supportive services, which allows them to remain at home rather than be institutionalized.
