We are a close-knit team here at Integrity, Inc. You can tell that because most of our employees have been with us for more than just a few years. Tammie is a special member of our team; we have had a relationship with her since the early 2000’s when she had a student in her class who was an Integrity foster child. We are incredibly fortunate to have such a kind-hearted individual at Integrity, Inc. to provide personal care to our clients in Arkansas.

What do you do at Integrity, Inc.?

I have over 26 and a half years of experience working with children with disabilities through the Pulaski County Special School District. At Integrity, I am a direct support professional and I provide personal care, attendant care, and supported living services to our clients.

How long have you been with Integrity?

I have been with Integrity for 3 months. But I have worked for them in the past as well—I worked with a foster child who was a student in my class through Integrity back in the early 2000’s.

Have you encountered a particular student or client that has changed the way you think about your work?

Every one of my students and/or clients has added joy to my life.  I strive to do the very best for them. I pray that my work time with them has added to them being, doing, and becoming the best that they can be.

What does an average day look like on the job?

Long and rewarding.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

Meeting and helping so many wonderful people and clients.

What might your clients and their families say about you?

That I have made their loved one feel special and of value.

What are your proudest accomplishments?

My marriage of almost 33 years. My 2 sons, 32 years old and 25 years old, and my 2 grand-blessings – Gia, 9 years old, and Julian, 8 years old.
